Every diamond engagement ring and wedding band purchased from Thom Duma Fine Jewelers is backed by our free lifetime warranty.*

We will repair, clean, and inspect your jewelry free for life! All work must be verified by an authorized representative of Thom Duma Fine Jewelers for the Lifetime Warranty to remain valid. Your lifetime warranty will NEVER be void as long as you have your jewelry inspected every six months with documentation. If you miss a six-month check-up, bring your jewelry in for an inspection, if everything looks ok, your warranty will be reinstated and noted. Each time TDFJ inspects your jewelry, it will be covered for the next 6 months**

What is Covered?

• Free Diamond Replacement- If any side diamond on your ring chips, cracks or separates from its mounting, we will replace it free of charge with a diamond of equal value.
• Free Diamond Tightening- To prevent diamond loss, we recommend that you have us tighten your diamonds regularly.
• Free shank replacement.
• Free head replacement.
• Free re-tip prongs
• Free repair on any part of the mounting.
• Free ring sizing(s).
• Free soldering of your rings.
• Free Rhodium Finishing- We offer this free service to ensure your ring maintains its optimum brightness and luster.
• Free polishing and refinishing- Eliminate normal wear and tear that can dull your jewelry.

We will do everything within our power to complete all the above services WHILE YOU WAIT. Some services may require more time to complete the repair in order to ensure the integrity of the ring and will be done as soon as possible. Remember ALL jewelry repairs are done on-premise by our Master Goldsmith.

* The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to or cover accidental loss or theft of the jewelry. Center diamond damage or loss is not covered. TDFJ strongly urges you to insure all your jewelry for causality or loss.

**This folder must be presented with every six-month inspection in order for your records to be updated and the warranty to be current.
