Lifetime Diamond Trade-In Upgrade
We are always happy to receive one of our diamonds back when you are ready for an upgrade!
To upgrade your diamond bought from Thom Duma Fine Jewelers:
- We will return to you the exact price you paid for your diamond (excluding tax) towards the purchase of your new diamond
- All original diamond certificates must accompany the return*
- Upgrade must be 2x the original purchase price of the trade-in
- Diamond(s) must be in the original condition with no damage
- All mountings, due to wear, will be accepted as part of the trade-in and will be valued at the price of gold/platinum at the time of trade-in and a credit will be given for any side diamonds
Purchased your diamond bridal engagement ring somewhere else? No Problem! To upgrade diamonds purchased at another jeweler:
- Just bring any paperwork you may have about your diamonds- such as a diamond certificate*
- All mountings, due to wear, will be accepted as part of the trade-in and will be valued at the price of gold/platinum at the time of trade-in and a credit will be given for any side diamonds
- Upgrade must be 2x the determined fair market value of the trade-in
*TDFJ can get the diamond recertified. However, a $500 fee will be assessed.
Lifetime Appraisal Service
Every piece of jewelry purchased from TDFJ will receive a free appraisal for insurance purposes. Upon request, we will provide free updates from year to year.
Money Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied – for any reason – you may receive a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition. You may also exchange the merchandise for a full credit towards another purchase of equal or higher value within 30 days of the purchase.*
*The only exceptions to our return policy are any items that are special ordered, altered or custom created. Special orders are any items not in our stock and were ordered per your request. Alterations include any modifications done to a ring that alters its original state.
